Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing
 

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

- Improve app visibility and downloads through App Store Optimization (ASO)

- Create engaging digital content for social media, ads, blogs, landing pages, and product pages

- Manage company social media accounts and online communities

- Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour using analytics tools
 

Offline & Brand Marketing
 

- Assist in offline brand promotion activities such as community outreach, networking, and partnerships

- Prepare marketing materials and presentations for offline campaigns

- Support brand awareness initiatives across multiple locations
 

Communication & Coordination
 

- Write clear, professional marketing content in English

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing alignment

- Conduct competitor research and analyse international market trends

Key Requirements

- Strong written and spoken English (mandatory)

- Canva / graphic design skills are compulsory (no exceptions)

- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (Ads, ASO, SEO, Social Media)

- Ability to analyse data and take smart marketing decisions

- Creative mindset with strong branding and visual sense

- Willingness to work full-time from office

Experience

- Freshers with practical, hands-on skills are welcome

- Minimum 6 months of project work or practical experience preferred

Skills Required

- Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management

- App Store Optimization (ASO) & app ranking improvement

- Social media content creation & ad copywriting

- Landing page & marketing content writing

- Analytics & user behaviour tracking (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)

- Social media management & online community handling

- Offline branding & partnership coordination

- Competitor research & international market analysis

- Canva designing, basic video editing & content creation

- Influencer marketing knowledge

- Basic UI/UX awareness
