As we scale, we’re looking for a driven Email Marketing & Chatbot Specialist to join our core marketing team and build powerful engagement journeys for our customers.

Role Overview

As the Email Marketing & Chatbot Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and automating email and chatbot campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and sales conversions. You’ll work closely with our in-house designer, content writer, growth team, and customer support to deliver seamless communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

???? Email Marketing

Manage and segment existing email lists and build new lists for upcoming verticals

Plan and execute various email campaigns (welcome flows, cart recovery, newsletters, promotions, post-purchase, etc.)

Collaborate with copywriter & designer to build high-performing emails

Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)

Use tools like Pabbly Connect or FlowMattic for workflow automations

???? Chatbot Automation

Manage and build chatbot flows on Chatrace for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website

Create automated flows for lead generation, FAQs, cart recovery, customer support, and sales

Monitor performance metrics (engagement, drop-off rates, response time)

Optimize and test bot conversations for continuous improvement

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing and chatbot building

Familiarity with Chatrace, WhatsApp API, and Facebook/Instagram automation

Knowledge of email marketing platforms and basic process understanding

Bonus: Experience with Pabbly Connect / FlowMattic for automation workflows

Good analytical and planning skills to structure flows and campaigns from scratch

Strong collaboration mindset to work with creative, content, and growth teams

Must be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Key KPIs

Email open rates, CTR, and sales conversion

Growth of email subscriber lists

Chatbot engagement and reduction in manual support

Reduced drop-offs and increased lead conversion
