As we evolve, we’re building a strong performance marketing and funnel team to power customer acquisition and conversion across our verticals.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Strategize, plan, and build high-converting funnels (lead magnet, tripwire, sales, and product launch funnels) tailored for various verticals.

Design and implement funnels from scratch using WordPress, integrating visual content via Canva and if needed then coordinate with the designing team.

Craft and optimize funnel copy and lead generation/sales assets.

Set up and automate lead flows and CRM integration using Pabbly Connect/FlowMattic.

Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive traffic, leads and SALES into the funnels.

Analyze performance of funnels and ad campaigns, using data to improve conversion rates, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost.

Collaborate with the design, content, and growth teams for a unified marketing approach.

Run A/B tests and continuously optimize funnels and ads for better performance.

Stay updated with the latest digital trends in funnel marketing and paid advertising.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in:

Strategic Funnel planning and design

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)

Experience in e-commerce or info-product funnels is a big plus.

Strong working knowledge of WordPress for funnel page creation.

Proficiency with Canva for visuals and creatives.

Comfortable writing or optimizing copy for ads and funnel pages.

Ability to integrate tools and workflows using Pabbly Connect/FlowMattic.

Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing.

Team player with strong communication and time management skills.
