Job Description
We are hiring Tele-Callers (Female candidates only) for a full-time role. The position involves contacting potential or existing customers using predefined scripts, explaining products or services, answering customer queries, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales. The candidate will also be responsible for updating customer data, processing orders accurately, handling customer grievances, maintaining call and sales records, and coordinating with the field sales team when required. Freshers are welcome, and local candidates are preferred.
